The overall goal of the project was to help address the inequity and inaccessibility that exists in design education and start off those who are interested in a design career on the right path.

Design Pop is an organization that would work as a resource for tutorials and tools that young designers can use, as well as access to community peers. There is a weekly challenge feature that will allow students to use their creativity and showcase their skills. A “designer of the week” would be chosen, and their work would be placed on posters, bags and t-shirts. This would double as advertisement for the free web source and allow students to show off their work to outsiders.
